Rental Agreement

Lawn Chatter will email you an Invoice through Paypal (Paypal Account NOT required).  Payments are due upon receipt of invoice to hold your date.  We also accept personal checks and cash but must be paid at the time of booking.

1. Cancellation policy- Full refunds will be given up to 1 week prior to your event.  If you choose to cancel with less than a week before the event, you will receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund. We will also offer a full credit for future booking date, based on our availability.
2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up your yard signs.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, or winter weather that would put us or our lawn signs in harm's way.
3. No refunds will be given due to the denied access to a gated community, client giving us the wrong address, animals that prevent us from setting up the display, or anything that may be out of our control.

By placing an order with Lawn Chatter, you agree to the following policies. 

1. Payment is due at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.
2. If your neighborhood has an HOA, please verify permission for yard signs. Lawn Chatter is not responsible for any fines associated with homeowner’s association restrictions.
3. The signs are not to be moved or altered in any way. Please do not allow anyone to climb on the items or play near the signs.  
4. We will ask for instructions on placement and are therefore not responsible for any damage to property. 
5. If any of the signs are damaged or missing, you will be invoiced for these items. 
6. Please refrain from yard work while the signs are in your yard.  Flying debris from lawnmowers and contact with string trimmers may cause damage. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.
7. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons get hot in the sun.  If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.
8. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

Lawn Chatter is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental. We will place all signs in the location of the customer’s request to prevent property damage.
